A couple of zentangles I've done recently.

April Fun

Here some fun the boys and I have had lately.  Today we went to Devil's Lake.  The mayflies were so thick that as we were walking by the lake they were impaling us (and it hurt!).  Poor #3, he became so frightened!

Baking Cookies

Not too long ago I had made some cookies.  I decided to take some pictures of my cookies and my kitchen for you to see.

Brownies!

 In elementary school I was a brownie.  I LOVED wearing my uniform to school.  I felt special in it.  I even liked the ascot!

I have no idea what our function is here on this day, but I know it is in the hallway from the stairs to the lunchroom at Kennedy Elementary School.

Karen's first holy communion

As #3 approaches his first holy communion, I reminisce about mine.  Here are some photos of me on my special day in April of 1981.

What a sweet picture with my dad!

My mom had made my dress and my veil.  The dress has yellowed after all of these years and the veil isn't as white as it used to be.  Both of my nieces, Emily and Samantha wore my veil for their first holy communions.
