#3's first holy communion cake

 Today is Friday, just two days before #3's first holy communion.  I made a cake for each of the older two boys so I made one for #3 as well.  Here's the cake after it cooled and ready to be frosted.

 Buttercream frosting made and first layer put on the cake.

 Border complete.

 The chalice filled in and topped with the host (white chocolate melted and solidified in a circle)

A few grapes to decorate the sides, and viola! it's done!

Take Your Child to Work Day

April 28th was Take your Child to Work Day.  This was the first year #3 was able to join me!

He was pretty excited about it.
